This letter of agreement holds Qurbani Express responsible for animal procurement, halal, and Shariah-compliant slaughtering, slicing of the meat, packaging, and delivering it on behalf of the customers.

MEAT QUALITY STANDARDS

1. All the animals at Qurbani Express are slaughtered by hand according to slaughter rules of the Shariah.
2. The expertise of our farmers lies in the provision of the healthiest, grass-fed, and free-range animals from the green agricultural lands of Pakistan, and Qurbani Express promises the same.
3. The weight of the meat is mentioned on its respective product page.

PURCHASING POLICY

1. By signing this agreement, the customer allows Qurbani Express to procure the Qurbani animal on their behalf.
2. The Qurbani animal will be acquired by Qurbani Express after the booking is confirmed and the payment is received from the customer.
3. The delivery company might ask for the payment receipt while handing over the Qurbani meat, customers are advised to keep Order/Payment Receipt safe.
4. All payments are non-refundable. 

CUTTING AND PACKAGING OF MEAT

1. Our professional butchers are recognized for their high-quality standards and hygienically trimmed meat and Qurbani Express promises to implement the same standards.
2. Each customer is not entitled to receive trotters/heart/kidneys/livers if a cow share has been booked, these will be distributed on a collective basis.
3. Head, brain, tongue, cheeks, fat trimmings etc., of all the Qurbani animals, will be sold in the market and the proceedings from the sale will be donated to our trusted charitable partners on behalf of our customers.
